During COP27, the UN High-Level Expert Group (HLEG) delivered its Integrity Matters report on the net zero commitments of non-state entities. This report, commissioned by UN Secretary-General António Guterres to address greenwashing, provides 10 recommendations to clarify - in detail - what companies, investors, regions and cities should consider when setting and implementing their net zero targets.
